If this feels familiar, you’re not the only one navigating it.

And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

It’s not that you’ve changed. It’s that everything around you has.

  • your time is fragmented
  • your cognitive load is higher
  • your identity has shifted
  • your environment isn’t set up for that

This isn’t a capability issue. It’s a transition.

I work with women who are:

  • returning from maternity leave
  • a few months back and still not feeling like themselves
  • questioning their confidence or direction
  • trying to balance work, identity, and home

About me

I’m Laura, and I specialise in supporting women through the transition back to work after having children.

I’ve seen this pattern again and again — women returning to work and quietly questioning themselves in ways they never did before.

Not because they’ve lost their capability, but because the conditions around them have changed.

Alongside my work in high-performance environments, I’ve also navigated this shift myself — the identity change, the mental load, and the pressure to prove yourself again.

The work I do brings those two worlds together — combining coaching psychology, transition theory, and lived experience — to help you understand what’s actually happening and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding the transition you’re in.

My work focuses on three things:

Identity

understanding what’s changed and why it feels so disorienting

Confidence

rebuilding trust in your capability

Leadership

showing up with clarity, visibility, and direction

Women are returning to work in a completely different internal state —

but being measured as if nothing has changed.

That gap is where confidence drops, pressure rises, and careers stall.

This work exists to close that gap.

If you’re navigating this transition — or supporting people who are —

Let’s talk.
